Tharman Shanmugaratnam was elected as Singapore’s President in September 2023.
He served in politics for 22 years before resigning to contest in the Presidential Election. He was Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister for several years, and Education Minister earlier. He last served in government as Senior Minister. He also served as Chairman of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Singapore’s central bank and financial regulator, over the 12 years to 2023.
Tharman has spent his working life in public service, in roles principally related to economic and social policies. Internationally, Tharman led the IMFC (the IMF’s top policy forum) for several years and other high-level multilateral councils focused on global financial reforms, preparedness for future pandemics, global access to a quality education, and the UN’s Human Development Report.
He currently chairs the board of the Group of Thirty, an independent global council of economic and financial leaders from the public and private sectors. He also co-chairs the Global Commission on the Economics of Water. He is in addition on the World Economic Forum’s Board of Trustees, which advises the WEF on its strategic directions.

Mr Heng chairs the tripartite Future Economy Council which oversees the on-going restructuring of Singapore’s economy, through upgrading the skills of workers and transformation of industry, to create better career prospects for Singaporeans. He leads a team to oversee the design and implementation of national strategies in areas such as skills and capabilities development, innovation and productivity as well as the internationalisation of companies.
He is also the Chairman of the National Research Foundation, which sets the direction for Singapore’s research, innovation and enterprise (RIE) strategies. Mr Heng is overseeing the closer integration of Singapore’s RIE and industry transformation efforts.
Mr Heng served as Minister for Education from 2011 to 2015. He also led the year-long Our Singapore Conversation from 2012 that helped to engage more than 47,000 Singaporeans from all walks of life through dialogues.
He also served as Minister for Finance from 2015 to 2021, overseeing ten national Budgets including an unprecedented five Budgets to support Singaporeans and businesses through the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
Mr Heng has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University. He also holds a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Teo Chee Hean was appointed Senior Minister on 1 May 2019. He also serves, since 21 May 2011, as Coordinating Minister for National Security. He also oversees the Smart Nation and Digital Government Group, the National Security Coordination Secretariat, the National Population and Talent Division and the National Climate Change Secretariat under the Prime Minister’s Office.
He was appointed Deputy Prime Minister from 1 April 2009 to 30 April 2019. He has served as the Minister for Home Affairs, Minister for Defence, Minister for Education, and Minister for the Environment. He has also served as Minister of State in the Ministries of Finance, Communications and Defence.

Dr Tan See Leng was appointed as the Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Trade and Industry on 15 May 2021. Prior to this, Dr Tan was the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Second Minister for Trade and Industry and Second Minister for Manpower from 27 July 2020.
A veteran medical practitioner, Dr Tan was Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at IHH Healthcare Berhad, one of the largest listed integrated healthcare providers globally, from 2014 to 2019. He was also concurrent CEO and MD of Parkway Pantai from 2011 onwards till 2019 when Parkway Holdings was merged with Pantai Holdings. During Dr Tan’s tenure, the group doubled its revenue and expanded its presence to 11 countries with 84 hospitals employing over 50,000 employees.
An entrepreneur, Dr Tan founded Healthway Medical Group in Singapore in the early 1990s and was its Chief Executive Officer from 1992 to 2003. He expanded the GP clinic chain to more than 40 locations with a turnover of S$20 million per annum, making it the second largest private primary healthcare provider in Singapore.
Dr Tan has served on the boards of several medical committees including the Singapore Ministry of Health’s Medishield Life Review Committee. He also sat on the Advisory board of the Lee Kong Chian School of Business at the Singapore Management University and has guest lectured at international symposiums including the Harvard Business School’s seminar on healthcare entrepreneurship.
Under his leadership, IHH Healthcare Berhad has won numerous awards, including Best Managed and Best Overall Corporate Governance Poll awards by Asiamoney. He has also earned awards from his own medical community in Singapore, including the Albert and Mary Lim award from the College of Family Physicians and the Merit Award from the Singapore Medical Association.

Mr Masagos Zulkifli is Singapore’s Minister for Social and Family Development. Mr Masagos entered politics in 2006, after being elected as Member of Parliament for Tampines Group Representation Constituency, and was appointed Senior Parliamentary Secretary for the Ministry of Education. Prior to that, Mr Masagos was working in Singapore Telecommunications Limited and last held the position of CEO, SingTel Global Offices. From 2008 to 2014, Mr Masagos held other positions in the Singapore Government, within the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Home Affairs. He was appointed Minister-inCharge of Muslim Affairs in May 2018. From October 2015 to July 2020, Mr Masagos was Minister for the Environment and Water Resources. He took on his current appointment on 27 July 2020.

Mr. Tan was elected as a Member of Parliament in 2020, and appointed Minister of State for both the Ministry of Trade & Industry (MTI), and the Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth (MCCY). He is also a Board Member at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
At MTI, he is involved in growing Singapore’s economy, focusing on the tourism, tech start-up, agri-food tech and advanced manufacturing sectors, and securing free trade agreements with Latin America. At MCCY, he is working on empowering youths, promoting mental well-being and mentoring, strengthening racial and religious harmony and supporting Singapore’s sports, arts and culture sectors. At MAS, he is helping develop Singapore’s financial sector, including as a fintech, green finance and digital assets hub.
Before leaving the private sector to join politics, Mr. Tan worked in finance and tech at companies such as Goldman Sachs, Facebook and LinkedIn. He has also worked in the United Nations and Oxfam, and in New York, Hong Kong, Sydney, and San Francisco. He has also served in the Singapore Armed Forces as an armour officer, and the Ministry of Defence in diplomacy, research and counter-terrorism roles.
Mr. Tan has degrees in Economics from Sydney University and Harvard University, and was an International and Global Affairs Fellow at Harvard’s Belfer Centre of Science and International Affairs.

Hafimi Abdul Haadii is from a 3rd generation business family in Brunei Darussalam and currently Executive Director of LVK Group of Companies. Her formative years were spent in Brunei, New Zealand and Australia. She is a former Member of the Legislative Council of Brunei Darussalam from 2017-2022 and Chairperson of Competition Commission of Brunei Darussalam from 2018-2023.
Hafimi is a founding member of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Brunei (YEAB) in 2000 and YEAB’s President in 2012-2013 and still serves as an Advisory Member of the YEAB. She was the Chair of the 5th ASEAN-China Young Entrepreneurs Forum in 2013.
Hafimi was appointed to the APEC Business Advisory Council as a Member for Brunei Darussalam from 2012 – 2023 and had several active roles as a Co-Chair for Sustainable Development Working Group in 2015, Micro Small Medium Enterprise & Entrepreneurship Working Group in 2017-2018, 2021 and MSME & Inclusion WG in 2022 She was the MSMEWG Chair in 2019-2020 and Chair for ABAC 2023 Inclusion Task Force.
She is a member of the Asia Business Leaders Advisory Council (ABLAC) since 2019, Vice Chair (2021-2022) and currently ABLAC’s Co-Chair (2023-2024). Hafimi is a Member of Brunei Darussalam’s Digital Economy Council and currently holds Board and Advisory positions on several companies in Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Ireland and Singapore.
She previously held board and council roles at Brunei Economic Development Board, Darussalam Enterprise, Bank Usahawan, University Brunei Darussalam amongst others.

Benjamin Boh is the Managing Director of McDonald’s Singapore. He first joined the McDonald’s system in 2013 as the Director of Strategy & Planning for the regional team, coordinating strategic plans and execution initiatives for Asia, Middle East and Australia. He relocated to Japan to lead business change by introducing new revenue streams for food delivery and modernizing the employee and customer experience in the McDonald’s restaurants. Ben moved back to Singapore to take on his next big challenge in 2019, starting as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing Operations, Human Resources and Real Estate Development, promoted to General Manager overseeing all departments in 2021 and took over the McDonald’s Singapore business as Managing Director from 2022.
Prior to McDonald’s, Ben spent 6 years on insights, analytics and strategy roles in the FMCG space at Analytic Partners and Procter & Gamble.

From 2007-2012, Alex was the Partner and Regional Leader of KPMG’s International Trade & Customs Practice in Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong.
Alex has advised clients on cross-border supply chain projects in more than 40 countries, throughout Asia and the Indo-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.
He has been a panellist, author and workshop leader for the World Economic Forum. Alex writes a column in Forbes magazine and the Nikkei Asia and is a frequent guest on global television and radio networks, including BBC International, CNBC, Bloomberg and Channel News Asia.

Chew Lik held a variety of leadership roles in his nearly 30 years of management consulting and technology consulting experience in banking, insurance and capital market industries. Cheryl Chen is the President of S&P Global Foundation and leads the grantmaking efforts of the S&P Global Foundation in its key focus areas to diversifying tech and data and creating environmental resilience. As Senior Director, Social Sustainability, she works with key functions and teams around social risks and responsibilities in global human rights.
Before this role, she was Director of Global ESG Strategy and Engagement at S&P Global and oversees the work around corporate ESG disclosure, practices and performance. She joined the company as the Director of Corporate Responsibility for Asia Pacific in 2018 to scale S&P Global Foundation grant programs, employee volunteerism and sustainability practices in the region.
She started her career as a management associate in Citi Singapore and was Vice President, Head of Corporate Citizenship for Citi Singapore before joining S&P Global. She has more than fifteen years of experience in the private sector with a focus on how corporate citizenship and cross-sector partnerships can contribute towards sustainable development.
She serves as a District Councilor with the South East Community Development Council since 2014 and is currently an advisory committee member of the National Youth Fund of Singapore and management committee member of the Lien Centre for Social Innovation. She is also a Council Member with the Singapore Institute of International Affairs, an independent think-tank in Singapore.
Cheryl graduated with a Double Degree in Bachelor of Science (Economics) and Bachelor of Business Management (Major in Finance) from Singapore Management University (SMU) and obtained the Master of Social Science at SMU in 2015.

Mr Chew Sutat retired from Singapore Exchange (SGX) in July 2021. He was senior managing director and a member of SGX’s executive management team for 14 years. On his watch the exchange transformed from an Asian Gateway to a global multi asset exchange. As Head of Global Sales and Origination, he led SGX’s equity and debt capital market teams in developing private-to-public capital raising solutions for companies. He was responsible for SGX’s international offices and oversaw specialist sales teams in 10 cities, serving all client segments with the full spectrum of SGX products and services. He also chaired SGX’s Bull Charge CSR initiatives for the last decade.
Prior to SGX, Mr Chew had senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank, OCBC Securities and DBS Bank, where he held varying portfolios in strategic planning and business development for institutional banking and private clients. He founded Shan De Advisors in Sept 21, and serves as a Non Executive Director of ICHX Tech , a Fintech startup backed by Temasek and SGX, Income Insurance Ltd, and NTUitive, the Innovation and Enterprise Company of Nanyang Technological University. He is also Senior Advisor to Teneo, China Galaxy Securities International, JustCo and Real Vantage. He is a Fellow of Singapore Institute of Directors and the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF) and was awarded Global Investor Asia Capital Markets Lifetime Achievement Award in 2021.
In the social arena, he serves on the Board of National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and Chairman of Community Chest. Mr Chew previously chaired Caregivers Alliance Limited which was awarded MCCY 2019 top Corporate Governance and Transparency awards for mid-size charities, and is Patron of Kaki Bukit Citizens’ Consultative Committee with initial grassroots experience in 1996. He was awarded the Public Service Medal Pingat Bakti Masyarakat in 2023.
Mr Chew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (First Class) degree in Philosophy Politics & Economic from Oxford University and also holds a Master of Arts degree from Oxford. Ms Chin Wei Jia is the Group CEO of HMI Medical, a growing regional private healthcare provider headquartered in Singapore with over 25 years of experience across Southeast Asia.
Since she joined in 2002, Wei Jia held various senior management positions, including Group General Manager and CEO of Regency Specialist Hospital in Malaysia. Since her appointment as Group CEO in 2015, Wei Jia has led various digital transformation and community health initiatives which include the development of an integrated platform to enhance health management for individuals, corporates and communities at large. HMI has also been growing organically and through strategic mergers and acquisitions that broadened its service portfolio from primary care, telemedicine, medical diagnostics, ambulatory and specialty care, tertiary care, to healthcare training and corporate health administration. Today, HMI serves over 3 million lives annually, through a full suite of digital and physical services.

Pamela has over 20 years of start-up and business experience and is the co-founder and CEO of Bettr, a for-profit social business and vertically integrated specialty coffee company in Singapore that aims to change lives through coffee. Through its education brand Bettr Academy and retail brand Bettr Coffee, it empowers lives through holistic vocational programmes for marginalised women and youth, nurtures direct and sustainable trade across their supply chain, and encourages socially and environmentally conscious consumption.
Prior to founding Bettr, Pamela co-founded, ran and grew a successful web consultancy, Digital Boomerang. She was also part of the pioneer team in the web division of Singapore Press Holdings as Head of International Online Advertising Sales and Business Development.
Pamela is the President of the Board of Directors of the global Specialty Coffee Association, the first Singaporean to hold a position in the President’s Council. She is a World Barista Championship Certified Sensory Judge, World Coffee in Good Spirits Sensory Judge, Licensed Q Arabica Grader and Authorised SCA Trainer.
She is also a Six Seconds Certified EQ Assessor and started a non-profit Bettr Lives toattempt to address one of our greatest collective challenges in the 21st century – the mental and emotional health of people.
A sociologist by training, Pamela is very passionate about solving problems and is constantly excited about the possibilities that social businesses present for the betterment of business and society. Mr Keith Chua is the Executive Chairman of ABR Holdings Limited (ABR ) which operates F&B brands like Swensen’s, Chilli Padi and Chilli Api. ABR was conferred the Champion of Good award by the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre in 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2022.
He currently serves as the Vice President of Singapore Anglican Community Services (SACS), a key service provider in both health and social service sectors with a wide range of services. This includes senior services such as senior activity centres and nursing homes, a temporary shelter for women and children, and psychiatric services such as residential rehabilitation, community intervention and integrated employment services.

Philbert Chua is the Managing Director of the Container Division in PSA Singapore. He is responsible for the performance of the container terminals in PSA Singapore comprising City Terminal, Pasir Panjang Terminal and Tuas Terminal, which together, handled 38.8 million TEUs in 2023. He oversees the strategies and policies that will ensure service and technical excellence, connectivity and resource efficiency at the world’s busiest transshipment hub.
Philbert joined PSA in 1991 as an Operations Executive. He rose through the ranks to be the Vice President of PPT1-3 in 2012, gaining valuable experience at the various PSA terminals in Singapore where he held positions in Ship Planning, Yard and Resource Management, Operations and eventually, General Terminal Management.
From 2020 to July 2021, Philbert was the Head of Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) for PSA South East Asia. He was responsible for the safe, secure and sustainable work environment of the PSA Terminals in SEA, adopting a systematic HSSE framework and propagating a positive HSSE culture throughout the PSA Southeast Asia Region.
Philbert was appointed as the Deputy Managing Director for the Container Division in 2021 and eventually to Managing Director in Nov 2023.
Philbert has displayed dynamic leadership and unwavering commitment, creating numerous future-proof contributions for business success. He has made a significant and lasting impact in key operational initiatives in PSA Singapore, with innovations that have helped PSA maintain our competitive edge. He has worked closely and collaborated with the major shipping lines to develop and implement win-win outcomes. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, he played a pivotal role in ensuring that the 12,000 strong work force in the terminal adopted safe management measures, and that the terminals in PSA Singapore remains open.

Frank is PwC’s global trade and customs consulting network leader, and the Managing Partner of PwC’s Asian Worldtrade Management Services (WMS) practice, based in Singapore.
He is the project and client relationship manager for some of the largest WMS clients, both globally and in the Asia-Pacific region. On top of his managing and coordinating role, Frank advises companies on all aspects of the cross border movement of products, from a tax regulatory as well as logistics perspective.
Frank has worked with many major multinationals to analyze and improve their trade risk management profile and maximize benefits from trade regulatory opportunities. His background is in supply chain management and he combines in his customs and trade work logistical considerations as well as tax and transfer pricing regulations. His focus is on customs valuation, preferential trading rules and export controls.
Frank is the editor of WMS’s bimonthly “Trade Intelligence – Asia” publication. He chairs the Custom and Trade Committee of the EU-ASEAN Business Council, and is an FTA Advisor for IE Singapore. Frank previously chaired EuroCham’s Regional Trade Committee and was an invited member of Singapore’s Customs Advisory Council.
Before transferring to the Asia-Pacific region in 1999, Frank worked in PwC’s London office for six years, and as a Research Associate at INSEAD business school in Fontainebleau. Prof. Goh obtained his Ph.D. from the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University, under the Lee Kuan Yew Scholarship. Mr Ho is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Thai Wah Public Company Ltd, responsible for developing the company’s vision to create innovation and sustainability from Farm to Shelf as a leading Agri-Food company in Southeast Asia. Since its founding in 1947, Thai Wah has been a leading pioneer in the tapioca starch and food industry, now expanding its footprint to 15 operations in Thailand, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, India and Cambodia. From 2010-2015, Mr Ho was the Executive Director and Country Head, China for Banyan Tee Holdings Ltd, helping to position the group as the leading luxury brand in China. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ho worked with the global consultancy Bain & Company Inc. in their New York and China offices with a focus on private equity.
Mr. Ho currently serves on the board for Banyan Tree Holdings Ltd, as well as the advisory board for the Asia Pacific Agri-Innovation Summit and the International Advisory Council for Singapore Management University. Thai Wah was recognized for Corporate Excellence at the 2021 Asia Pacific Enterprise Asia Awards as a pioneer and leader in the agriculture industry and in 2022 and 2023, recognized by HR Asia as a Best Company to Work For, recognizing its leadership in human capital development, innovation and sustainability across Asia.
Mr. Ho has a BSC in Economics (Honors) from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with distinction from the AMP program of China Europe International Business School. He was nominated to be a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader Class of 2018 and is currently also a part-time graduate student at the University of Chicago.

Michael Kiely is the President of Global Government Affairs at UPS. Based in Washington D.C., he leads UPS’s legislative strategy and advocacy efforts pertaining to the company’s global and domestic business units.
Michael began his career with UPS in 1992 as a management trainee. Upon completion, he held numerous positions in the finance and accounting function on assignments based in New York, Georgia and Belgium. In 2001, he was appointed as Managing Director of Finance and Accounting for UPS’s Northern European operations, where he oversaw all aspects of Finance, Accounting, Taxation and Benefits Management for seven European countries.
He moved to UPS’s Government Affairs function in 2005 where he advanced UPS’s reform efforts on laws and regulations impacting multiemployer pension plans, health care reform and tax policy. In his role as President of U.S. Government Affairs, he led the development and execution of legislative and regulatory strategies for a range of policy issues including trade and customs; labor and employment; sustainability and alternative fuels; postal; healthcare; and transportation across the federal government and 50 state governments. He assumed his current position in 2023.
Michael is on the Executive Committee for the American Trucking Associations where he is also Chairman of the Audit Committee. He serves on the Board of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, the Board for the Congressional Awards Foundation, the Board of the US Chamber’s Political Advisory Committee, and the Board of the US – ASEAN Business Council.
Michael graduated from Fordham University in 1992 with a B.S. in Finance. He received an M.B.A in Finance from the University of Connecticut in 1999 and also studied at the Wharton School of Business and Emory University. He lives in Edgewater, MD with his wife and three teenage sons.

Professor Annie Koh is Professor Emeritus of Finance (Practice) at Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). She is a renowned conference speaker, panel moderator and commentator. She chaired the Asian Bond Fund 2 supervisory committee for the Monetary Authority of Singapore from 2005 – 2023 and is currently a committee member of Singapore’s Customs Advisory Council. She was appointed board member of Singapore Food Agency from April 1st 2023.
Professor Koh is currently Chairman of Prime US REIT and an independent director of AMTD IDEA Group, Mewah International Limited, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Pte Ltd and Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd, and a board member to non-profit organisations; Cyber Youth Singapore and EtonHouse Community Fund. Heng Dean is a Managing Director with climate change investment and advisory firm Pollination, based in Singapore, where he oversees Pollination’s business in South East Asia.
Heng Dean was previously a director with investment firm Temasek, managing strategic relationships in South East Asia and supporting Temasek’s investments in the region. He worked on sustainability and climate issues, including helping to lead the set up of GenZero, a S$5 billion investment platform wholly-owned by Temasek that focuses on carbon markets and decarbonization.

Jane Lim is the Deputy Secretary (Trade) at the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), Singapore. MTI promotes sustainable and inclusive economic growth. She is responsible for Singapore’s trade and external economic relations. This includes the negotiation and implementation of Free Trade Agreements and Digital Economy Agreements with Singapore’s trading partners, as well as promoting Singapore’s interests and regional economic integration at regional and multilateral fora.
Prior to this, Jane was the Assistant Chief Executive of the Sectoral Transformation Group in the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore. She led the drive for digital transformation of industry sectors and enterprises to accelerate the growth of Singapore’s digital economy. In 2020, she was nominated to the inaugural list of Singapore’s 100 Women in Technology. She is on the board of National Library Board, Middle East Institute (NUS) and NTU-SBF Centre for African Studies.

Dr. Lottner was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Techcombank on August 18, 2020.
Before joining Techcombank, Dr. Lottner was Senior Executive Vice President at Siam Commercial Bank for 5 years. During his tenure, he held roles as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Data Officer, designing and orchestrating the bank’s digital transformation program towards more customer centricity. His last role at Siam Commercial Bank was Chief Financial Officer.
Dr. Lottner began his career with McKinsey & Company in 1992 in Germany, where he was elected Partner in 2000. He moved to Malaysia in 2001 and to Singapore in 2005, where he was a Senior Partner leading McKinsey’s financial services practice in ASEAN until 2012. Prior to that, he spent nearly five years in Beijing, where he led analysis of China’s economy and financial sector capacity-building programs. As senior managing director of UPS Singapore and Malaysia, Ingrid oversees all aspects of UPS’s small package operations in both countries. Based in Singapore, she leads a combined team of several hundred people tasked with driving business expansion and implementing local and international strategic growth initiatives in two key Southeast Asian markets.
She assumed her current role in February 2024 after spending eight years in customer solutions, first with a regional remit, then global. The role combines multiple business units including strategy, business development and sales to help businesses optimize their supply chains.
Among many highlights during this time was Ingrid’s leadership of the company’s global reach strategy which looked at ways innovative local solutions could be scaled up globally and global solutions localized to meet individual customer needs. She was also influential in UPS’s work on supply chain shifts which focuses on helping customers improve the resilience and sustainability of their supply chains.
Ingrid started her career with UPS in 1999 as an industrial engineering management trainee in Seattle. In 2006, after subsequent roles in engineering in the U.S., she relocated to the UPS Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore where she was instrumental in leading UPS’s regional expansion, particularly into India and Vietnam.
From 2011 to 2015, Ingrid served as the managing director of UPS Singapore where she oversaw the company’s express, freight forwarding and contract logistics business. Under her leadership, Singapore became the first UPS market in Asia to pioneer the use of telematics to enhance safety and boost the efficiency of its delivery fleet.
A native of Indonesia, Ingrid graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. She served on the Editorial Advisory Board of Logistics Insight Asia in 2013 and became the first Chairperson of UPS’s Women Leadership Development

The Ministry also works closely with business and labour partners to maintain industrial peace, sustain wage growth and improve workplace conditions and safety for all workers.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr Siow was the first Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Singapore, where he was responsible for growing and transforming local businesses and industries. Mr Siow has also held other key government appointments at the Ministries of Transport, Education, and Manpower. Mr Siow was the Principal Private Secretary to Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong from 2017 to 2021.

Mr Tan Chong Meng was the Group CEO of PSA International (PSA) until his retirement in March 2024. He joined PSA on 1 October 2011, bringing a wealth of experience in managing the complexity, diversity and breadth of a global business. PSA is a leading global port group and trusted partner to cargo stakeholders around the world.
Mr Tan is currently the Chairman of JTC Corporation, Deputy Chairman of the National University Health System (NUHS), a Board Director of Temasek Holdings, a member of the national University of Singapore (NUS) Board of Trustees and the Vice Chairman of SgTraDex. Between 2022 and 2024, he served as the Governor Chair for The World Economic Forum’s Supply Chain & Transport Industry Community. He also served as Co-Chairman of the Emerging Stronger Task Force in 2020-2021, a committee set up by the Singapore government to guide the nation’s economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. He was previously a Board Member of IE Singapore.
In May 2023, Mr Tan received two awards: the honour of the Officer of the Order of the Star of Italy — one of the country’s highest civil honours recognising individuals who made outstanding contributions to promote friendly relations and cooperation between Italy and other countries; and the Singapore’s National Trades Union Congress Medal of Commendation (Gold) award for his continuous and significant contributions towards promoting and supporting Labour Movement initiatives. He was also awarded the Meritorious Service Medal in December 2022 for his various roles in the nation’s fight against COVID19.
Before joining PSA, Mr Tan was Executive Vice President, Global Commercial, Shell Downstream of the Royal Dutch Shell Group. A global leader with more than 20 years of experience in Shell, Mr Tan worked in USA, Europe, China and Singapore, holding various senior leadership positions that spanned management, sales, marketing, trading, refinery operations, customer service and merger & acquisitions.

Kelvin Tan is the Head of Sustainable Finance & Investments, ASEAN, for HSBC. Prior to this role, Kelvin Tan was Chief Executive Officer of HSBC in Thailand from 2015 to 2021, managing the Bank‘s franchise for the country. He was responsible for overseeing and growing HSBC‘s Wholesale and Private Banking business. He also held several other senior roles during his tenure in Thailand, including the Chairman of the Association of International Banks in Thailand and was the founding member of the Thailand-United Kingdom business leadership council.
Previously, Kelvin held several other positions within HSBC, including Head of Commercial Banking in Singapore and Head of Large Corporates and Conglomerates in the Singapore Global Banking client management team.

He works with corporates, governmental agencies and multilateral development banks on areas such as climate change and net zero strategy, carbon tax assessments, sustainability advisory, green finance and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures framework.
Praveen is a member of the Working Group on GHG and Product Life Cycle and Sustainable Finance Work Group at Enterprise Singapore. He is an appointed member of the Expert Board for Appeals under the Carbon Pricing Act at Singapore’s Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment. He is also a qualified lead verifier and independent reviewer for the Singapore Carbon Tax Assurance program of the country’s National Environment Agency.
In 2018, he received the Enterprise Singapore Merit Award for his significant contributions to the Singapore Standardisation Programme in the field of climate change.

V Jesudevan is the President of the Centre for Trade Excellence, a Singapore-based non-profit organisation that promotes awareness of compliance requirements and best practices related to export controls and global trade. He is also the Founder and CEO of Tradekins, a global consultancy.
Jesudevan has nearly two decades of extensive legal, judicial, and enforcement experience. Previously, at the Singapore Attorney-General’s Chambers, he oversaw and led the prosecution of a wide range of criminal cases and advised the Singapore Government on a variety of matters.
An internationally recognised thought leader in compliance and export controls, Jesudevan has worked with numerous countries and across multiple industries. Notably, he is a consultant to the United Nations Office of Disarmament Affairs and a recognised subject matter expert by the European Union as well as the U.S. Department of State’s Export Control and Related Border Security Program.
A Fulbright Scholar, Jesudevan holds a Master of Laws from New York University. He was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2005 and is also an Adjunct Professor at the National University of Singapore, where he teaches Compliance & Risk Management.

Mr Wong Wai Meng is currently the Chief Executive Officer (Data Centres) of Keppel Data Centres & Networks Division. He has almost 30 years of experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry and currently spearheads the company’s thrust towards being one of the leading data centre developers and solution provider in Europe and Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Keppel T&T, Mr Wong was Vice President of BT Advise BT Global Services across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Turkey (AMEA) where he managed the company’s practices in business consulting, systems integration, software development, networking, mobility, collaboration and security. He was also CEO of the BT Frontline group of companies where he played a critical role in the integration of BT Frontline into BT Global Services.
Mr Wong now serves as Chair in the Executive Committee of SGTech, having taken positions as Councillor, Honorary Treasurer and Honorary Secretary in the past. He is also Council Member in Singapore Business Federation and Chair of its Digitalisation Committee, co-opted Vice Chair of the Asian Oceanian Computing Industry Organization, and Vice Chair of Digital & Innovation Workgroup in ABAC. He was named Tech Leader of the Year 2023 by the Singapore Computer Society.

Yuki is the Director overseeing the Asia Pacific (APAC) Network for the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ) which was launched in June 2022. She is focused on bringing together the financial sector across developed and emerging APAC to accelerate an inclusive and just transition to a net-zero economy. She assists financial institutions and businesses in planning for their transition to net zero and advocates for the scaling of credible and impactful financing for the transition.
Yuki is a seasoned sustainable financed expert. Prior to joining GFANZ, she was at the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Finance Initiative for 20 years and leading its activities in Asia Pacific for the last four years.
She is a qualified chartered accountant in the UK (Fellow of ICAEW) and trained and worked at one of the Big Four accountants. She is currently based in Singapore and has worked in Bangkok, Geneva and London.
Yuki has a BSc honours degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford.

The Kuok Group is a family-owned conglomerate with investments in real estate, hospitality, logistics, agri-commodities, and shipping & shipping related businesses, amongst others. Prior to joining KSL, Ms Yong was the General Manager of Special Projects, focusing on business development for Wilmar International Limited, an agribusiness listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore.
Ms Yong started her career in investment banking where she spent 19 years working at Goldman Sachs in Singapore and in London. Her last role was as head of the Investment Banking Division for South-East Asia with responsibilities for the operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. She holds an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Worcester College, Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD.
